Have Questions? We've Got Answers
When will I get access to everything?
Your bonuses are ready and waiting the moment you purchase! You'll get instant access to your login, where you'll find the details for each of the individual teacher bonuses.
All 25+ workshops will be added to your portal on October 15, a full day before the summit begins, so you can get started early and watch at your own pace.
How do I access the bonuses?
For each bonus you'll get a link and coupon code to use on the teacher's website. This allows them to send you everything you need to make the most of their contribution.
After logging in you'll need to take a few minutes to go through and claim each of the bonuses you want. Totally worth it for the $425 worth of resources!
Be sure to claim all the bonuses you want by Dec 31, 2026. After that the coupon codes will expire and we are not able to give extensions.
How do the group quilting sessions work?
They will be offered during a mix of daytimes, evenings, and weekends throughout November so you can choose which ones work for you.
You’ll be sent a Zoom link, they are not recorded.
We will share what project we are each working on, ask any questions that anyone is welcome to answer, then quilt or chat, it’s up to you.
I saw this listed at a different price. Is this the same thing?
It sure is! We are not able to offer price adjustments after the price has increased.
The Early Bird pricing you see on this page is only available until October 18, and after that the price will go up to $69. Click here to upgrade your ticket before the price increases!
I already have one or more of the teacher resources. Can I get a discount?
We are not able to offer discounts, but know that you are getting an incredible value even if you already have several of the teacher bonuses.
The value of the All Access Pass + Bonuses is over $425, and even if you only claimed two or three of the bonuses you'd still be saving compared to buying them at regular price!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that it contains instant downloads and material from multiple businesses, we are not able to offer refunds for any reason. Please look through all the details before you purchase and email jo@josimpsondesign.com with any questions you have!
I have a question not answered here, who do I contact?
Just email me at jo@josimpsondesign.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
