Mastering Compound Curves: Cut It, Sew It, Cut It Again with Carli Marsico
Learn to cut and sew perfect curve.
Then, take it a step further; slicing those sewn units apart and reassembling them into more complex shapes.
We'll cover everything from cutting accurate curve pieces and sewing them without distortion, to the compound curve technique that turns basic units into something far more interesting.
No curved sewing experience needed.
The finished project is a modern yin-yang block, and because we use both sides of every curve cut, nothing gets discarded. You'll leave with a repeatable method for curved piecing that goes well beyond this one block.
